Security Compliance: You will adhere to all organizational security policies, procedures, and guidelines. 2. Use of Access: Remote access is for authorized use only and must be used solely for the purposes intended by the organization. The permission to remotely access is specific to each person and is non-transferable. The use of bots or any other automated means of accessing the organization’s data is strictly prohibited. 3. Data Protection: You will ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's data, and will take appropriate measures to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 4. Sharing and Storing Data: Sharing or storing the organization’s data on your databases or platforms, with another vendor, or into a public AI tool/platform (e.g., ChatGPT) is strictly prohibited. Inclusion into a private AI tool or platform requires written prior approval. 5. Privileged Access: If granted, privileged access must be used responsibly, and all actions performed under this access must be fully documented and traceable. 6. Monitoring: All remote sessions will be monitored and recorded for security purposes. You consent to such monitoring and understand that any misuse of access privileges may result in disciplinary action. 7. Incident Reporting: You must promptly report any security incidents, potential breaches, or suspicious activities to the organization's IT security team. 8. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws while accessing remote resources. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disciplinary action, up to and including the suspension or termination of remote access privileges, termination of master service agreement (if applicable), as well as possible civil and criminal penalties.
